Conference
Extraordinary Women
2026

October 15, 16 and 17

Life tries to keep us so busy that we barely notice whether we are still growing—but God calls us to sink our roots deeper in Him. Women who are deeply rooted, who refuse to merely survive and instead choose to be rooted and built up in Christ, overflowing with thanksgiving in their marriage, motherhood, work, relationships with their parents, and within the church—this event is for you.

About the Rooted Conference
We will not go through this life with strong roots that never require effort. Real life brings seasons when our roots are tested—in marriage, in motherhood, at work, in our relationships with our parents, and even within the church. In those moments, we run the risk of looking strong on the outside while becoming dry on the inside—surviving, but not truly growing.
God's Word gives us the answer: "Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving." Colossians 2:6–7 (ESV)
Don't forget, dear woman: you have received Christ—and He calls you to keep walking with Him every day, not to stop at the moment you first received Him. Now is the time to take your eyes off trying to carry everything on your own and let your roots grow deeper in Him, allowing yourself to be taught, planted, and nurtured within a community of faith.
It's time to leave this conference rooted, built up, and established in the faith—overflowing with thanksgiving as you step into the new season the Lord desires to reveal before your eyes.

Pastor Simeia França is the founder of the Extraordinary Women Ministry and, alongside her husband, Pastor Everton França, serves as the lead pastor of Father's House in McKinney, Texas.
Holding a Master's degree in Theology and raised in a Christian home in Brazil, Pastor Simeia is a woman of remarkable strength, as well as a devoted wife and mother to Joshua and Nicolas. From an early age, she experienced ministry firsthand, serving alongside her family as they planted churches in remote regions of Brazil with the mission of sharing the Gospel of Christ. It was there, often in challenging circumstances, that her own faith developed deep roots.
Today, living in Frisco, Texas, she graciously leads the Extraordinary Women Ministry, which over the years has welcomed, cared for, and impacted the lives of many women throughout the region. Countless women have experienced restoration and have been equipped to live the abundant life God has for them.
One remarkable aspect of this ministry is that much of the church's growth has begun through these women. As their lives are transformed, they bring their entire families to experience God's renewing work. It has been a unique, challenging, and deeply rewarding journey, and each year the church rejoices in all that the Lord continues to do among them.
